    Tenacious team work hard to bring sale to completion.

    Excellent service. We had a particularly difficult chain to deal which I don't think would have every completed if it wasn't for the incredible efforts of the Abbotts agents. They were certainly in a different league to the other agents involved in the chain.

    Initial enthusiasm soon dried up

    Initial contact promised a lot but poor follow up. Sold the extras but these were not worth it.

    Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for

    We were impressed with their marketing knowledge and strategy. They were also very proactive in chasing and finding out information for us when Exchange stalled for an unknown reason.

    My service feedback with Lettings

    The service offered was very sound and the knowledge of the rental market was extensive. Our only complaint would be on the communications. they need to look at how they management of their phones. It was at times quite frustrating to find that we could not get hold of a body to talk to. There are times when an answer phone is not good enough, particularly when a message is left and apparently ignored! however everything was done and they did what they said they would do with little prompting from us.
